This first slice proves the catalog and checkout entry shape. The storefront is intentionally small: a few products, no cart, no accounts, and no platform features that do not help the first paid order get fulfilled.

Products are seed-backed for now so the storefront can be built before Stripe, DynamoDB, and Printful are wired in.
